How to read it
- The criticality test is whether discontinuation of access would seriously impede or prevent a critical function or core business line of the user.
- Functions and business lines are referenced by their Z 07.01 and Z 07.03 identifiers.
Where filings go wrong
- The instructions are explicit that non-critical FMI relationships do not belong in this template, however material they look in operational terms.
